Shipping & Returns

Delivery: P&P is charged on all items depending on weight and destination.

All postcards and greetings cards held in stock are normally despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Printed mugs, customised mugs and mousemats are all printed to order and will be delivered within 5 - 10 working days of receipt of payment.
Customised postcards, customised greetings cards and business cards are printed to order and will be delivered within 10 - 14 working days of receipt of payment.
Where items are marked as "despatched direct" your order is passed to the artist/photographer who will contact you regarding delivery times.

All items are sent by Royal Mail first class delivery with the exception of original artwork. Delivery or collection of original artwork must be arranged with the artist.
Returns: if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
